These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HermesAgent 101 (the "Site") at https://hermesagent101.dev. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

HermesAgent 101 is an independent, unofficial educational website created to help users learn about the open-source Hermes Agent runtime.

HermesAgent 101 is not owned, operated, sponsored, endorsed, or approved by Nous Research. We are not affiliated with Nous Research, the Hermes Agent project maintainers, or any official Hermes Agent website or service.

"Hermes Agent," "Nous Research," and related names, logos, trademarks, and project materials belong to their respective owners. References to Hermes Agent or Nous Research are made only for identification, commentary, education, and compatibility purposes.

For official information, releases, licenses, security notices, and support, users should consult the official Nous Research channels and the official Hermes Agent repository.

Educational Use

The Site provides tutorials, guides, blog posts, and reference material about the Hermes Agent runtime. All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only. The Site is not a substitute for the official Hermes Agent documentation, and we make no guarantee that information on the Site is current, complete, or free of errors.
