It is operated by an independent maintainer and is not affiliated with Nous Research or the Hermes Agent project. We do not sell personal information. We share information only with the third-party processors listed above, as required to operate the Site, or where required by law, lawful process, or to protect rights, property, or safety.

Data Retention

We retain newsletter subscription data until you unsubscribe. Inquiry emails are retained for a reasonable period to handle support and follow-up. Automatic log data is typically retained for up to 90 days unless required longer for security or legal reasons.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland have rights under the GDPR.
